Panther Place is a 32 unit residential real estate development mix of duplexes and single family new construction homes set on 20+ acres.

Northeast Site Development worked collaboratively with the local authorities to utilize an open space provision in the Town’s by-law that allowed for an increase in density in exchange for deeded open space to be reserved for the use of the Town’s residence.

By working collaboratively with Town officials, Northeast Site Development was able to reserve 10+ acres of the site with public walking trails while still developing a project that would fit in with the local neighborhood and community.
